Healthy Nails and Cuticles

HEALTHY NAILS AND CUTICLES

Do you have problems with nails that split and curl. I do and I have found a few recipes that might help with this problem. I always new that Lemon essential oil was great for nails but these recipes are even better. I have always had problems with my nails splitting and curling as soon as they grow long enough to look nice. Then they break again and again. I tried the professional nails and that made things worse. They became so paper thin I was pretty worried about them for awhile. I started using Lemon Essential oil on them and that helped some. But they still split as soon as they grew out. So I was looking for something that will help better. And I think I found it.
