Hi, I wanted to share some homemade Essential Oil Roller Remedies I have so here goes. I use a roller bottle you can purchase from www.myoilbusiness.com
in a 6 pack for around 3-4 dollars.
40 Drops of Wild Orange
40 drops peppermint
Use this blend anytime during the day when you need a mental "Lift"; great for homework time, housework, mid-afternoon slump. Simply apply to back of neck and enjoy.
40 drops of Breathe Blend
25 drops of Lime
This remedy is perfect for runny/stuffy noses. Apply over sinus areas under eyes and above eyebrows; also under nose. It is very effective to layer with lavender to reduce inflammation.
20 drops Oregano
40 drops Lemon
30 drops OnGuard
This is a great remedy for the onset of an illness. When you feel the aches or scratchy throat coming, it's time to start! Apply on throat, behind ears, and bottom of the feet. *Because this mix contains oregano, it should be used when someone is getting sick for 5-7 days. Oregano can be hard on the liver when used for long periods of time. DoTERRA's On Guard blend should be used along the spine for prevention of illness.
Use 15-20 drops of your favorite oil. Roll on as needed.. I use Citrus Bliss or Purify blends. A friend of mine loves the Elevation blend.
*Each of these blends need to be added to 1/3 oz approx. 10 ml roller bottle. Place the essential oils in first, then fill the rest of the bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
* I only recommend the doTERRA Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils that are guaranteed to be safe for application. I also Use the
*Fractionated Coconut Oil because it is liquid and easier for use in roller remedies. You are welcome to use another oil.
For a great Hand Sanitizer that is easier on your hands use -
25 drops OnGuard Blend
and Fill with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
For a great OWIE Spray:
Remainder with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
For getting rid of Mice or Ants:
20-30 drops of peppermint in a large glass spray bottle. I had mice in my new home and it took just a few months spraying peppermint water in and around the places I thought they were coming in at, and I finally got rid of the mice. They do not like peppermint. You can also put a few drops of peppermint on a cotton ball and place in hard to reach places or cabinets, this works really great.
For gardens or infestations of ants spray on the ant hill and everywhere you find the ants. Peppermint is also great for cleaning plants in the garden and refreshing the plants. I use it for my house plants once a week. Smells great too. The plants seem to really like it also.
** Sprays are placed in 15 ml amber glass vial with spray tops.
DO NOT PUT OILS IN PLASTIC CONTAINERS.
